Our Policies For Cabin Rentals in Waynesville, NC and the Surrounding Areas

Buffalo Creek Vacations is proud to be your choice for a perfect family vacation. Before you book your cabin, review our rental policies.

Please click on the “Book Now” buttons with each cabin for the rental calendar and select your dates to see exact rates and totals.

The deposit is due at the time of reservation and is refunded within two weeks of checkout.

North Carolina's tax rate is 11%.

We accept Visa, MC, Discover, and checks.

  • Cabin fee is $125 (second pet is $50)
  • Pets must be kenneled if left unattended in the cabin
  • We provide large kennels in each cabin (please call for special consideration)
  • Pets must be up to date on their shots and flea/tick medications
  • No pets are allowed on beds or furniture
  • A fee of $100 will be deducted from the deposit if cleaners find pet hair on furniture
  • Pets must be kept on leashes at all times
  • Please clean up after your pets

Prices on our cabin rentals in Asheville, NC are subject to change at any time. For returning customers, we will waive the security deposit on your next rental.
