Our Caboose Rental Policies

Renting one of our cabooses is so much fun and it is super easy! Before you secure your booking, review our rental policies.

Please click on the “Book Now” button on any of the cabooses below and see the rental calendar. Then, select your dates to see exact rates and totals.

The deposit is due at the time of reservation and is refunded within two weeks of checkout.

The tax rate is 11% in North Carolina.

We accept Visa, MC, Discover, and checks.

Caboose fee is $60 (second pet is $40)
Pets must be kenneled if left unattended in the caboose
We provide crates upon request
Pets must be up to date on their shots and flea/tick medications
No pets are allowed on beds or furniture
A fee of $100 will be deducted from the deposit if cleaners find pet hair on furniture
Pets must be kept on leashes at all times
Please clean up after your pets
