Our Caboose Rental Policies

Renting a caboose is easy and fun at Buffalo Creek Vacations. Before you book your caboose, please review our rental policies:

Nightly Rate

  • Please click on the “Book Now” button for the rental calendar and select your dates to see exact rates and totals


Deposit

  • The deposit is due at the time of reservation and is refunded within two weeks of checkout


Tax

  • North Carolina tax rate is 11%


Payment Methods

  • We accept Visa, MC, Discover, and checks

Pet Fees

  • Caboose fee is $60 (second pet is $40)
  • Pets must be kenneled if left unattended in the caboose
  • We provide crates upon request
  • Pets must be up to date on their shots and flea/tick medications
  • No pets are allowed on beds or furniture
  • A fee of $100 will be deducted from the deposit if cleaners find pet hair on furniture
  • Pets must be kept on leashes at all times
  • Please clean up after your pets
